Verified identity
We verify users' identity before any rental to strengthen trust on the platform.
Secure payments
At commercial launch, transactions will be processed via Stripe. The site remains without real payment during pre-launch.
Bank deposit
A bank authorization, separate from payment, will be required per the scale and Terms. It may be released or captured in whole or in part after a dispute.
Impartial dispute management
Each case is studied objectively based on the elements provided by both parties.
